This Blue Son La comes to us from Vietnam near Dak Lak, located in Southern part of Vietnam. The local people who live in the area are collectively known as Local people, who use traditional growing practices of their culture which, although not certified organic, utilizes natural substances and by-products. We found this Vietnam coffee to be the cleanest we've tried, likely due to consistent washed processing methods (as opposed to the traditional wet hulled method) and keen attention to detail.
